Send notifications and reminders to your guests by email or SMS directly from PleaseReply.me.
Guests are automatically sent notifications based on the type of notification selected. For example, an event reminder will only be sent to guests who have RSVP'ed.
Notifications may be sent via SMS or email. The notification messages are pre-defined but can include a short personal message. A sample of a notification message may be previewed before being sent.
Your event MUST be launched before notifications may be sent.
To send notifications, you will need to purchase sufficient SMS and/or email credits. These may be purchased on the Plan & Credits tab on your event.
Each SMS notification costs 1 SMS credit, and each email notification costs 1 email credit. Notifications cannot be sent if you have insufficient SMS or email credits.
Visit the Mission Control tab on your event and open the Communications panel.
The Overview tab gives a summary of the notifications that will be sent, including an estimated cost in SMS and email credits required to send the notifications.
Each invitation is listed here along with whether a notification message will be sent via email or SMS, or will be skipped. This can be overridden for each invitation.
Review the sample of the notification email that will be sent. Check that your personal message appears the way you want it.

If you provided your email address as a recipient of the transmission report, you will receive the transmission report when all notifications have been sent.
All notification transmissions are logged in the communications log which can be viewed from the Communications Log panel on the Mission Control tab of your event.
